We're Hiring: Junior Recruiter | Mass Hiring Maadi, Cairo

What You'll Do:
- Source candidates through various recruitment channels.- Conduct phone screening interviews.- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.- Manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.- Build talent pipelines and achieve recruitment KPIs.- Support onboarding and recruitment events.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree.- 0–2 years of recruitment experience (mass hiring experience is a plus).- B1+/B2 English proficiency.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
