The OD Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining the operational activities of the Organizational Development function. The role supports the administration of organizational structures, job descriptions, performance management, policies, and organizational records while ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and timely execution of approved Organizational Development initiatives. The position serves as the operational focal point for OD activities, ensuring effective coordination across business functions and maintaining organizational governance standards.
Requirements:Maintain an accurate and up-to-date organizational chart reflecting reporting structures and approved organizational changes. Prepare, and update job descriptions in accordance with approved organizational standards, ensuring proper documentation and version control. Maintain Organizational Development policies, procedures, and departmental documentation, ensuring periodic reviews and updates. Coordinate the annual job description review cycle, following up with business units to ensure timely completion. Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through regular entry, updates, and audits. Administer the operational cycle of the Performance Management process, including launching performance cycles, coordinating timelines, monitoring completion rates, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to approved performance management procedures. Monitor the completion of performance evaluations across all departments, follow up with stakeholders on pending activities, and prepare periodic progress reports for management. Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.0-5 years of experience in Organizational Development or HR roles.
