Prepare shipping documentation for international shipments and support domestic shipment documentation when required.
Coordinate freight pickup arrangements with logistics providers for international shipments.
Monitor upcoming shipment schedules and identify potential capacity constraints.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure customer orders are shipped completely and on time.
Track and trace shipments during transit and update shipment status.
Ensure compliance with shipping procedures and departmental operating standards.
Monitor shipment quality, quantity, and efficiency to ensure proper handling.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly shipment targets are achieved.
Report shipment discrepancies including damage, customs issues, or incorrect deliveries.
Ensure shipments are delivered to the correct destination within agreed timelines.
Review freight expenses and verify shipping invoices.
Report billing discrepancies to the logistics management and accounting teams.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within logistics and shipping processes.
Perform additional duties assigned by line management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or Management.
