Ensure shelves, displays, and planograms are executed according to company standards.
Monitor stock levels, product freshness, and reduce out-of-stock issues.
Support trade promotions and BTL activities in key outlets.
Track merchandiser KPIs and provide coaching and feedback.
Conduct market visits to check execution and competitor activities.
Coordinate daily schedules, routes, and reporting of the merchandising team.
Requirements
7-10 years of experience in Sales.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
Valid driving license (car ownership).
