• Prepare Monthly bank reconciliations and follow up all unreconciled transaction in order to ensure that all bank transaction recorded and maintained in the ERP system.

• Ensure that the bank's accounting practices, classifications, and reporting adheres to compliance and regulatory standards.

• Review of accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness for reporting

• Monitor Cash safe, Notes receivable under collection recorded on MB

• Validate prepared LoC's , LoG’s , Notes payables, & time deposits Reports with bank confirmations.

• Prepare cash and cash equivalent revaluation for Bank accounts, Cash safe & Time deposits on MB.

• Recording, Allocating factoring deals & Amortize deferred interest on MB.

• Preparing and reconcile Bank Sub-Ledgers Vs GL for all Legal entities traced with bank confirmation.

• Prepare Bank account disclosures (OD & Contingent Liability) for Year-end

• Prepare of treasury-related reports, checking and analyzing credit interest, Debit interest, bank charges, Time deposit confirmation, corporate loan & other Facilities reports, to make sure that they comply with the rates and fees agreed upon with the banks and that the contractual agreement is applied properly.

• Handling & Working with internal and external auditors and confirm with all responsible accounts balances on closing dates.

• Ensure compliance on financial and group policies to maintain good internal control system and operational processes for audit review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.

• Good command in English Language.

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Have good knowledge of computerized Accounting Systems.

• High Communication skills.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.

• 5+ years’ experience in the same field.
