We are looking for a warm, organized, and people-oriented Community Manager to join our team. This role sits at the heart of the brand. You will manage the online community, handle messages and bookings, support course participants, and ensure a meaningful experience for every person who interacts with the brand. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage and reply to comments and messages across social platforms, primarily Facebook.
• Handle DMs and WhatsApp inquiries using a warm and professional brand voice.
• Book and coordinate 1:1 sessions and programs and manage calendar scheduling.
• Enroll participants in courses and provide ongoing support throughout their journey.
• Manage and engage the private community on WhatsApp and Telegram.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive and consistent experience.
• Collect feedback, testimonials, and success stories.
• Track common questions, trends, and insights and report to the marketing team.
• Support community growth, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure consistency in personal branding across communication channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align messaging, tone, and positioning.
• Support content ideas by sharing insights gathered from the community.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of proven experience in community management, customer success, or a similar role.

• Demonstrated ability to build, grow, and manage online communities.

• Strong understanding of digital engagement strategies and social media platforms.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

• Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience managing community events, both online and offline.

• Familiarity with the cosmeceutical, pharmaceutical, or health and beauty industries is a plus.
