Develop the design concept from the functional program and client brief up to the final client presentation
Space planning, material and color selection, aligned with the project budget
Produce presentation drawings and 3D visuals (3ds Max + Corona) at client-facing quality
Deliver complete, well-organized design packages to the Technical Office for shop drawing production
Respond to client revisions within the agreed timeframe while protecting the integrity of the design
Conduct site visits when needed to verify execution matches the approved design
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in architecture & interior design
A strong portfolio showing spatial thinking and detail — not just renders
Solid grasp of space planning and material selection
Excellent presentation and visualization skills
Software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max + Corona, Photoshop
A team player with genuine attention to detail
