Our company announces its need for a Telecom Rigger to join our network

deployment team, specializing in climbing telecom towers, working at heights, and installing various network equipment and antennas.

Work Location:Project sites within the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform climbing operations on telecom towers and rooftops in strict accordance with safety procedures.

  • Install brackets, antennas, radio units (RRU/AAU), power cables, and fiber optic cables.

  • Execute cable routing and securing (Feeder, Fiber, Power) using approved technical standards.

  • Install grounding systems and lightning protection systems as required.

  • Assist in the installation and integration of Nokia 3G / LTE / 5G equipment.

  • Conduct visual inspections to ensure installation quality and that all equipment is securely fastened.

  • Rig, hoist, and lower equipment using appropriate lifting and rigging gear.

  • Maintain full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures and working-at-heights requirements.

  • Maintain personal protective equipment (PPE) and inspect it thoroughly before each use.

  • Prepare daily work reports and report any site hazards or observations.

  • Collaborate with the project team to complete tasks according to the set schedule.

Requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma, technical diploma, or a Bachelor's degree (preferably in telecommunications, electricity, or technical fields).

  • Hands-on experience in installing telecom equipment on towers.

  • Ability to work at high elevations with zero fear of heights and outdoor field environments.

  • Proven experience in installing antennas, radio units, and cabling.

  • Solid knowledge of safety procedures for working at heights.

  • Proficiency in using PPE and fall-arrest systems (harnesses, lanyards, lifelines).

  • Excellent physical fitness and the stamina to endure demanding field conditions.

  • Willingness to travel and work across various governorates.

  • Ability to work within a team and follow supervisors' instructions.
