Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and review BIM architectural models using Revit. Prepare, update, and review working drawings and construction documentation. Produce accurate architectural details in line with project requirements. Coordinate with Structural, MEP, and BIM teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support project delivery by ensuring BIM standards, model quality, and project deadlines are met. Collaborate with team members and contribute to the successful execution of multiple projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering.
- 3 10 years of experience in BIM Architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- Experience in developing and reviewing BIM models and working drawings.
- Strong architectural detailing and design development skills.
- Good coordination skills with Structural, MEP, and BIM teams.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
- AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Office.
