Role Description The Export Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan City, responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end export process for automotive products and components. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing export documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and coordinating shipments with ocean carriers and logistics providers. The role involves maintaining accurate records, tracking shipments, and resolving any export-related issues or delays. The Export Coordinator will communicate regularly with customers, internal departments, and external partners to provide status updates, address service inquiries, and support a smooth export experience. The position also includes monitoring export performance, identifying process improvements, and supporting continuous enhancement of export operations. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Export Documentation and Export process skills to handle required paperwork, compliance, and shipment coordination. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Candidates should possess knowledge of Ocean shipping operations, including booking, scheduling, and cargo tracking. Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field are highly beneficial. Additional skills such as attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines are advantageous. Experience in automotive or industrial exports and familiarity with international trade regulations and Incoterms is a plus.
