Key Responsibilities Concept, shoot, and edit high-quality visual content (Reels, Tik Toks, Carousels) and write premium bilingual copy (English/Arabic) across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, and You Tube. Coordinate and execute on-site media capture at various TMG residential, commercial, and hospitality locations. Develop and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and seasonal business goals. Track content performance using Meta and Linked In Insights and optimize strategies based on digital and real estate trends. Partner with design and strategy teams to maintain strict brand guidelines and visual consistency. Job Requirements2–4 years in social media content creation or multimedia production, preferably within premium real estate, luxury brands, or top agencies. A strong portfolio demonstrating video production (Reels/Shorts) and bilingual copywriting is mandatory. Proficient in mobile/camera shooting, video editing (Cap Cut, Premiere, or Lightroom), and platform analytics tools. Exceptionally fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic.
