This diverse portfolio offers team members exposure to multiple areas within healthcare and wellness. Role Description The Sales Front Desk role is a full-time, on-site position located in New Cairo. This role is responsible for welcoming visitors, answering phone calls, and handling front desk inquiries in a professional manner. The Sales Front Desk team member supports sales activities by providing information about services, directing clients to the appropriate departments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Daily tasks include managing appointments, processing basic documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring the reception area is organized and presentable. The role also involves responding to customer questions, resolving simple issues, and escalating more complex matters to the appropriate colleagues. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities. Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and core Receptionist Duties at a front desk or similar environment. Solid Computer Literacy, including use of office software, email, and basic data entry tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail. Professional demeanor, reliability, and a commitment to respectful, inclusive interactions. Previous experience in front desk, sales support, or hospitality roles is preferred. Familiarity with healthcare or wellness services in Egypt is an advantage. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in administration, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
