Roles & Responsibilities
At least 2 years of experience (Junior level) Bachelor degree Engineering/Maintenance Supervisor Apply Mission JOB PURPOSE: Assist in supervising and monitoring maintenance activities to ensure asset availability and compliance with approved standardized maintenance regulations and SOPs. Support the Maintenance Monitoring Engineer and Manager in tracking and reporting maintenance performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BSc. Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Communication, etc.).
- General technical knowledge.
- Basic MMS knowledge is a plus.
- Basic understanding of asset management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and analysis methods.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Preferably familiar with maintenance monitoring or similar roles.
- Demonstrates strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
- Shows a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop technical and professional skills.
