Role Description
The Recruitment Supervisor (Mass Hiring – Blue Collar) is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasr City. The position is responsible for planning and executing high-volume recruitment campaigns for blue-collar and frontline roles across Saal Invest’s restaurants and operations. Day-to-day activities include identifying staffing needs with hiring managers, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessment days and hiring events. The role involves managing relationships with external recruitment agencies, vocational centers, and local communities, while ensuring all hiring processes comply with company policies and labor regulations. The Recruitment Supervisor also tracks recruitment metrics, prepares reports, and continuously improves processes to support efficient, timely staffing for a growing F&B network.
Qualifications Experience in high-volume recruitment for blue-collar or frontline roles, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Strong skills in planning and organizing recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and on-site hiring events. Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and community partners. Knowledge of local labor laws, hiring best practices, and basic HR procedures relevant to blue-collar employment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment databases, and standard office software (e.g., Excel, Word, email tools). Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidate pools and support inclusive hiring practices. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in the food and beverage, retail, or hospitality sectors is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Willingness to be on-site in Nasr City and occasionally travel to restaurant locations for recruitment activities.
