Role Description The Hospital Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Maadi, responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations that support the medical facilities of Elfath Foundation. This role manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and consumables, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely availability for clinical departments. The Hospital Warehouse Manager will organize daily workflow, supervise warehouse staff, coordinate with purchasing and finance teams, and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory systems, conducting regular stock checks, managing expiry dates, optimizing storage space, and preparing periodic reports on inventory performance and usage. The role also involves implementing process improvements, training team members on proper handling procedures, and collaborating with hospital leadership to support efficient and reliable patient care. Qualifications Strong inventory and stock management skills, including Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management. Solid operations and warehouse oversight capabilities, including Operations Management and coordination of warehouse workflows. Ability to supervise or perform safe material handling, including basic knowledge of Forklift Operation and adherence to health and safety standards. Previous experience in a hospital, healthcare warehouse, or medical supply environment is highly preferred. Proficiency with inventory management software and basic MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). Demonstrated leadership skills, including team supervision, training, and performance monitoring. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams. Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
