We are looking for a Production Planning Officer to join a leading company in the food industry, based in Sadat City. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring production plans to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and orders
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and quality departments to ensure smooth execution of plans
Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement to avoid production delays
Track production performance against plans and report variances
Update production schedules based on machine capacity and manpower availability
Prepare periodic reports on planning KPIs and production efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy
