POSITION SNAPSHOT Location: Nestle Egypt HO, Egypt Company: Nestl Egypt Full-time Position Purpose Support the transformation of Nestl 's Route-to-Market (RTM) by leveraging data analytics, routing methodologies, and business insights to improve sales execution, distribution efficiency, and decision-making. The role combines analytical thinking with field exposure to optimize distributor operations and drive continuous improvement. Key Accountabilities Route-to-Market Analytics Support RTM optimization projects through structured data analysis. Evaluate sales territories, outlet universe, and coverage models. Identify opportunities to improve distribution reach and execution. Routing & Territory Optimization Conduct routing exercises using internal sales and geographic data. Analyze route productivity, workload balance, and travel efficiency. Recommend route improvements to enhance service levels and reduce operational costs. Business Intelligence & Reporting Develop automated dashboards using Power BI. Extract and analyze data using SQL and internal systems. Generate regular business performance reports with actionable insights. Decision Support Translate complex datasets into clear business recommendations. Support commercial and distributor management teams with analytical insights. Participate in cross-functional projects related to RTM transformation. Success Measures Accuracy and quality of analytical outputs. Timely delivery of dashboards and reports. Improvement in routing efficiency. Quality of recommendations adopted by the business. Continuous improvement mindset. Technical Skills Required Strong Microsoft Excel Power BI SQL fundamentals Analytical problem solving Functional Knowledge Good understanding of: Route-to-Market principles Distributor operations Sales analytics Commercial KPIs Core Competencies Analytical Thinking Learning Agility Decision Quality Collaboration Experience 0 3 years of experience. FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory. Experience in Sales Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, Commercial Excellence, or Supply Chain Analytics is an advantage.
