We are looking for an experienced Senior Tour Operator to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in travel operations, excellent supplier management skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
✈️ Plan and manage FIT & Group Tour packages from booking to completion.
???? Coordinate flights, hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
???? Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and travel partners while negotiating competitive rates.
???? Prepare travel itineraries, booking confirmations, and all required travel documentation.
???? Ensure smooth daily tour operations, resolve operational challenges, and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction.
???? Support the Sales team with destination expertise, customized travel solutions, and competitive pricing.
???? Monitor tour profitability, maintain accurate booking records, and contribute to the development of new travel products.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in Tour Operations within the travel industry.* Strong knowledge of travel destinations and operational processes.* Experience working with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel suppliers.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.* Ability to manage multiple bookings while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook).* Familiarity with reservation systems is an advantage.* Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
