Job Responsibilities
Promote and sell Lavita Developments’ real estate projects
Follow up and manage company-generated qualified leads
Conduct professional property consultations for clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate, close deals, and handle customer objections
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
1–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Proven sales track record
Ability to work under targets and KPIs
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
