Sheraton, Cairo Delta Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and secure new construction projects across the Egyptian market. If you have a proven track record in the construction industry and a strong network with developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities• Generate qualified leads, identify new business opportunities, and secure construction projects.• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.• Develop long-term client relationships and identify upcoming project opportunities.• Manage tenders, RFQs, and project acquisition activities from lead generation through contract award.• Coordinate with Technical Office, Estimation, and Procurement teams during proposal preparation.• Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization.• Achieve assigned revenue and business growth targets. Requirements• 7–10 years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Sales, or Project Acquisition within Construction, General Contracting, or MEP Contracting companies.• Proven track record of winning construction projects and achieving business growth targets.• Strong network within the Egyptian construction market, including developers, consultants, contractors, and PMCs.• Experience handling industrial, commercial, administrative, hospitality, and infrastructure projects.• Solid understanding of tenders, RFQs, BOQs, contracts, and commercial negotiations.• Excellent networking, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
