Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, Egypt, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience to customers. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and engaging customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable chocolate and sweets selections while maintaining deep product knowledge. The role involves handling point-of-sale transactions, ensuring accurate cash and card processing, and maintaining clean, visually appealing product displays. The Retail Sales Specialist will respond to customer inquiries, manage complaints professionally, and support inventory checks, stock rotation, and merchandising activities. This position collaborates with colleagues and management to meet sales targets, uphold brand standards, and support promotional campaigns and events. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills. Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities for engaging with customers and coordinating with team members. Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales experience, including handling transactions, meeting sales goals, and working within a retail environment. Candidates should possess thorough Product Knowledge skills to explain features, ingredients, and offerings and make appropriate recommendations. Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in luxury or specialty retail, basic math skills for cash handling, reliability in attendance, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
