We are looking for a highly experienced Financial Manager to lead the financial management and accounting activities of the company and provide accurate financial analyses to support strategic decisions for the board of directors, with full oversight of liquidity, budgets, and financial reports.
Key responsibilities :-
- Prepare and manage estimated budgets and long- and short-term financial planning.
- Lead in-depth financial analysis (profitability analysis, cash flows, financial performance indicators).
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements and monthly and annual reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage cash liquidity and relationship with banks and financing entities.
- Assess the economic viability of investment and business expansion decisions.
- Supervise the accounts and treasury team and ensure tax and legal compliance.
- Issue periodic direct reports to the Chairman of the Board on the company's financial performance.
Qualifications and experience :-
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / or equivalent (ACCA / CFA / CMA holders preferred)
- 10 to 15 years of practical experience in the financial field, including a period as Financial Manager.
- Proficient in advanced financial analysis tools and financial scenario modeling.
- Previous experience in import/export trading is an additional advantage.
- Proficient in using advanced accounting software (Excel - ERP).
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
