Job Details

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

Facilities Operations & Infrastructure Management

  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of all company facilities across the plant and branches.

  • Ensure efficient and continuous operation of building systems (electricity, water, HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting systems).

  • Monitor facility readiness and supporting services to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Manage facility infrastructure and ensure its operational efficiency.

2. Maintenance Management

  • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance programs for facilities and equipment.

  • Monitor maintenance plans and improve asset efficiency while reducing breakdowns.

  • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety and quality standards.

  • Oversee the development and improvement of maintenance systems across sites.

3. HSE & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments across all sites.

  • Follow up on corrective actions, emergency response, and evacuation plans.

  • Oversee the issuance and renewal of operational licenses and permits in coordination with relevant government authorities (including Civil Defense).

4. Administration & Soft Services

  • Oversee general administrative services (cleaning, reception, pantry services).

  • Define service requirements and manage external service providers.

  • Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.

  • Enhance workplace environment and employee support services.

5. Space Planning & Workplace Management

  • Oversee space planning and workplace layout design.

  • Optimize space utilization in line with operational needs and business expansion.

  • Manage office relocations, reconfigurations, and new site setups.

7. Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage service contracts (maintenance, cleaning, facilities, and support services).

  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements.

  • Prepare and manage department budgets and operational expenditures.

  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

9. Leadership & People Management

  • Lead and manage facilities, administration, and maintenance teams across all branches.

  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and conduct team evaluations.

  • Develop team capabilities through training, coaching, and development plans.

  • Promote a culture of discipline, safety, and continuous improvement.
