Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment support. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Prepare job offers and negotiate employment terms. Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records. Promote the employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
