Role Description The Ticketing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily ticketing and reservations operations. This role includes supervising ticketing staff, ensuring accurate issuance and modification of tickets, and monitoring compliance with airline and agency policies. The Ticketing Supervisor manages booking workflows, resolves complex customer issues, and coordinates with sales and customer service teams to optimize seat inventory and fares. The role also involves reviewing performance metrics, training team members on systems and procedures, and supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in air ticketing and reservations. Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage ticketing operations, support the team, and ensure high service standards.
