You will not just be clicking buttons in Ads Manager; you will own our growth metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS) across both B2C (Therapeutic Journeys) and B2B (Corporate Mental Performance). What You Will DoBudget & Bid Management: Own and scale campaigns across Snapchat, Tik Tok, Google Ads, Meta, and Linked In (for B2B). Rigorously monitor campaign unit economics. Scale channels achieving our ROAS, and ruthlessly pause or pivot those that fall short. Funnel & ASO Optimization: Work closely with the tech and UI/UX teams to ensure flawless Deep Linking" (e.g., ensuring a user who clicks a 'Social Anxiety' Synergy with the "Content Factory": Collaborate with our Content Creators to A/B test hook variations, "Recovery Avatar" UGCs, and Dr. Khalid Al-Jaber's repurposed materials. What We Are Looking For3+ years of direct experience in Media Buying and Performance Marketing, managing substantial ad budgets (preferably in Health Tech, Saa S, or Mobile Apps). Platform Mastery: Deep expertise in Snapchat Ads, Google Search Ads (Intent-based), Tik Tok, and Linked In Campaign Manager. Technical Acumen: You understand mobile app attribution (Adjust, Apps Flyer), Apple Privacy Manifests, and event-based tracking.
