Responsibilities:Set and manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution and delivery. Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with regulations. Monitor project progress, conduct meetings, and provide reports to stakeholders. Identify risks, resolve project challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives. Maintain compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Manage client expectations, government approvals, and stakeholder relations throughout the project lifecycle. Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to construction sequences, budgets, and schedules. Coach and support project team members with assigned tasks to enhance project efficiency and team collaboration.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PMP preferred). Experience: 10+ years in construction, project management, infrastructure, industrial development, or real estate development. Certification: MBA is a plus. Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical expertise. Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office & Auto CAD. Languages: Excellent English proficiency.
