Role Description This full-time, on-site Director role at Rêve la Ville in Alexandria is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing day-to-day operations across the organization. The Director will define and drive business priorities, align teams around clear goals, and ensure projects and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. This role includes developing and implementing policies, optimizing processes, and monitoring performance metrics to support sustainable growth. The Director will collaborate with senior stakeholders, guide department leads, manage key vendor and partner relationships, and represent the organization in external meetings and events. The position also involves mentoring team members, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing teams, setting strategic direction, and managing complex initiatives in a director-level or similar role. Strong operational and organizational skills, including experience with planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and represent the organization professionally. Proven experience in problem-solving, decision-making, and change management in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Background in hospitality, cultural institutions, retail, or a related industry is preferred, with a strong focus on guest or client experience. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, maintain a consistent presence, and provide hands-on support to teams and operations.
