Role Description The Chat Support Representative B2/C1 role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Cairo. In this role, the representative will handle customer inquiries via chat, provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to multiple chat conversations, troubleshooting basic technical problems, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. The representative will adhere to quality and productivity standards, follow established procedures, and use analytical skills to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. The role also involves collaborating with team members, participating in coaching and training sessions, and contributing to overall service improvement, with a net salary of 19,000 and performance-based bonus in Euro.
Qualifications

Ability to deliver effective Customer Support and consistently maintain high Customer Satisfaction. Capacity to handle basic Technical Support tasks, including identifying and reporting technical issues. Strong Communication skills in English at B2/C1 level, with clear written expression suitable for chat-based interactions. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to understand customer concerns, interpret information, and provide appropriate solutions. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level, with strong computer literacy and typing accuracy. Previous experience in customer service, contact centers, or chat support is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo on rotating shifts, including weekends or holidays if required. Professional, inclusive attitude with the ability to work in a diverse team and follow company policies and procedures.
