We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to join NOX Holding. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-driven marketer who can create engaging content, manage social media platforms, and support impactful marketing campaigns that strengthen our online presence. Key Responsibilities:Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas Write creative captions and social media copy aligned with the brand tone Monitor trends and suggest fresh content ideas Coordinate with design/content teams on visuals, videos, and campaigns Manage daily posting, scheduling, and basic community engagement Track performance and prepare social media reports Support employer branding, marketing campaigns, and internal/external announcements Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation Previous exposure to a marketing agency is preferred Fluent English is required Strong copywriting and communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Solid knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, and other platforms Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
