About the Role
We are looking for a Travel Sales & Operations Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in international tourism, ticketing, booking, customer handling, and sales, with the ability to manage the customer journey from inquiry to booking confirmation.

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in tourism or travel industry.

Experience in international travel services.

Knowledge of Ticketing and Booking systems.

Strong sales and customer service skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

Responsibilities
Handle travel inquiries and convert leads into bookings.

Manage flight ticket reservations and hotel bookings.

Follow up with clients throughout the booking process.

Coordinate travel operations and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Location: Sheraton, Cairo Work Type: On-site / Hybird
