  • Follow up on the daily cycle of shipping and import operations.
  • Liaise directly with the customs clearance officer and monitor all required tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with the Warehousing Department upon completion of shipment clearance procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Department on all matters related to the clearance of imported shipments.
  • Prepare daily reports to track all ongoing and completed shipments and operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
