Role Description The Low Voltage Electrical Products Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role involves providing technical support and product selection guidance for low voltage electrical components to clients, sales teams, and project stakeholders. Daily tasks include reviewing project specifications, preparing quotations and technical offers, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring that proposed solutions meet safety, performance, and compliance requirements. The specialist will assist in pre- and post‑sales activities, conduct product demonstrations or trainings, and help resolve technical issues in collaboration with engineers and contractors. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of BG Electric’s product portfolio and market trends to support business growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience of low voltage electrical products sales, including panel components, protection devices, and control equipment. Experience in technical sales support, tender preparation, and quotation development for industrial or commercial electrical projects. Familiarity with brands such as CHINT, ONKA, Schneider Electric, ElSewedy, and similar manufacturers is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Proficient communication skills for interacting with engineers, contractors, and internal teams, with clear written and verbal English. Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects. Comfort working on-site in New Cairo and collaborating closely with warehouse, logistics, and sales functions. Previous experience with industrial or commercial electrical contracting, supply, or distribution is preferred. Commitment to safety standards, quality assurance, and continuous learning in electrical technologies.
