Candidates should possess strong Media Planning and Media Buying skills to effectively manage multi-channel campaigns and budgets. Candidates should possess solid Media Strategy capabilities and Analytical Skills to design data-driven campaigns and optimize performance. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with media vendors, and present campaign outcomes. Experience with performance marketing, lead generation, and call center or customer support-driven campaigns is highly beneficial. Proficiency in using media buying and analytics tools (e.g., ad platforms, tracking and reporting systems) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in a senior media buying or similar role is strongly preferred.
