Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance coaching to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets and operational KPIs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth across various sectors.
  • Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial engagement through ongoing support, ensuring seamless and positive interactions.
  • Champion the use of CRM systems to optimize customer data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to align strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Drive sales operations excellence, including forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, to ensure efficient resource allocation and target attainment.
  • Actively participate in key client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact for strategic accounts and complex issues.
  • Innovate and implement best practices within the Customer Operations Performance Centre to continuously improve service delivery and efficiency.

Skills & Technologies

You will leverage your expertise in Account Management, Sales Operations, and CRM platforms to transform client interactions. Your leadership in Customer Service and Customer Relations will be paramount, supported by your strong foundation in Operations Management and a proven track record in achieving Sales Targets. Experience with Outdoor Sales strategies will be a distinct advantage.
