A group of specialized physiotherapy medical centers, operating as a healthcare service provider and collaborating with health insurance companies to deliver services, is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Specialist to join our growing team and contribute to expanding strategic partnerships and supporting growth within the healthcare and medical insurance sector.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with strong experience in healthcare business development, insurance partnerships, contracting, negotiations, account management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and medical insurance sectors.• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, insurance companies, and strategic partners.• Lead end-to-end contracting processes from negotiation through agreement execution.• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnership sustainability and growth.• Follow up on collections and outstanding payments while maintaining strong client relationships.• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.• Prepare business proposals, partnership agreements, presentations, and performance reports.• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective execution of agreements and services.• Represent the organization in high-level meetings, negotiations, and professional events.
Requirements:
✔ Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development.✔ Strong background in Healthcare, Medical Insurance, Hospitals, or Healthcare Services is mandatory.✔ Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, account management, and collections.✔ Demonstrated success in managing insurance partnerships and corporate accounts.✔ Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth.✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.✔ Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
