Company Overview
Caprae Capital Partners is a private equity and acquisitions platform led by Kevin Hong — a serial founder who scaled two tech ventures to $31M ARR and $7M in revenue. Today, Caprae is one of the fastest-scaling platforms in the lower-middle-market M&A and ETA ecosystem, combining an international research engine, a full-stack deal sourcing arm, and a rapidly expanding technology layer.
YTD, Caprae’s service divisions have completed $50M of transaction value and are expected to exceed $150M during the first half of 2026 after launching in January 2025. We are building a next-generation M&A platform and are looking for ambitious professionals who want direct exposure to sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities.
