Position: Technical Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our software development team and oversee the technical delivery of software projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the software development team.
Design software architecture and technical solutions.
Participate in hiring and evaluating developers.
Manage project planning and technical execution.
Ensure software quality, security, and performance.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Establish development standards, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in software development.
Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong knowledge of Web Applications, Databases, APIs, and Cloud Technologies.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to build and scale technical teams.
Preferred:
Experience in software houses or software solution companies.
Experience in project estimation and solution architecture.
Familiarity with Microsoft Technologies, .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar platforms.
