Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Support role based in Cairo, serving customers across Europe and the Middle East. The Client Support team member will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses. Responsibilities include troubleshooting basic service issues, providing product and service information, and escalating complex cases when needed. The role involves maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, following established procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across different time zones and cultural contexts. Qualifications Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, complaints, and complex situations professionally. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a strong advantage. Comfort with using CRM systems, contact center tools, and standard office software to document and manage customer interactions. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality. Demonstrated problem-solving, active listening, and conflict-resolution abilities. Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with European and Middle Eastern time zones, including evenings or weekends when required. Previous experience in BPO, contact centers, or customer support roles is preferred, especially in international or multicultural settings. High school diploma required; a university degree in business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a customer-centric attitude aligned with ETISAL International’s values of transparency, integrity, and service excellence.
