Key Responsibilities:Provide first-level support for business applications, manage incidents, troubleshoot issues, and document support tickets Support and maintain key systems including LIMS, SAP, and BECS, ensuring smooth daily operations and user satisfaction Coordinate with global IT teams and external vendors for advanced technical support, system enhancements, and new releases Train end users, support system rollouts, and assist in implementing new functionalities and business requirements Monitor application performance, ensure data accuracy, generate service reports, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks
Qualification:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Bioscience, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in application support within healthcare or multinational environments. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), SQL databases, and application troubleshooting. Knowledge of LIMS, laboratory systems, or donor management systems is highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and in multicultural teams.
