Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Landscaper role based in Cairo. The Landscaper will be responsible for maintaining outdoor areas, including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and general garden upkeep to keep company and client sites clean, safe, and visually appealing. Daily tasks include inspecting and caring for lawns, trees, shrubs, and flower beds; applying fertilizers; managing pest control as directed; and operating landscaping tools and equipment safely. The role also involves installing and maintaining irrigation systems, monitoring water usage, and adjusting schedules to support healthy plant growth. The Landscaper will collaborate with supervisors and project teams to implement basic landscape designs, follow work orders, and ensure all tasks are completed on time and in compliance with company standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, including lawn care, pruning, planting, and overall site upkeep. Practical experience in Gardening, including plant care, soil preparation, and seasonal garden management. Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including installation, adjustment, and routine troubleshooting. Basic understanding of Landscape Design principles to help implement plans and layouts on-site. Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers). Good physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience preferred; vocational training or coursework in horticulture or a related field is an advantage.
