Roles & Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Executive plays a key commercial role in expanding Bosta s merchant base and strengthening team performance. This position focuses on managing high-value prospects ( Red Accounts ) and complex deals while supporting the Sales Team Leader with insights, data, and market feedback. Although this role carries elevated responsibility, it does not include people management ; it is a senior individual contributor role designed to bridge the path toward future leadership. Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales within e-commerce logistics.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational mindset, able to interpret sales dashboards.
  • Collaborative, supportive of peers, and capable of knowledge-sharing.
  • Ambitious and performance-driven, seeking growth toward a future Sales Team Leader role.
  • Proficient in using CRM and Google Workspace tools.
