R2R Associate Manger | MAF Global Solutions | Global Solutions
ROLE SUMMARY
R2R Associate Manager is the ultimate owner of Accounting and Reporting Operations for BU/Geographical Scope. This role exists to assure accuracy, completeness and compliance of financial reporting for Internal and External uses.
ROLE PROFILE

• Leading Financial Reporting operations for respective BU/Geographical Areas.
• Leading and Coordinating Closing and Reporting activities for Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Cycles.
• Responsible for providing the ultimate sign-off for Monthly Closing activities for respective BU/Geographical Areas.
• Develop and maintain measures of internal control within GS RTR area.
• Coordination of Process Review and Continuous Improvement Proposals.
• Review and Approve Manual GL Journals.
• Monthly and Quarterly analysis of balance Composition and Aging analysis for Balance Sheet and P&L.
• Review and Approve Reconciliations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years in financial reporting and accounting operation.
• University Degree: Bachelor’s degree from a faculty of commerce or equivalent.
• solid understanding of financial reporting and financial accounting aspects.
• Strong knowledge of financial system and business intelligence tools.
• Solid understanding of compliance and internal controls.
• Experience in process design and process excellence.
