Junior Technical Office Engineer

Location: Helwan, Cairo

ENVOTECH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Office Engineer to join our growing team specialized in Industrial Ventilation, Environmental Solutions, Dust Collection Systems, Smoke Management, and HVAC Applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs.
• Prepare technical submittals and compliance sheets.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for technical and commercial inquiries.
• Assist in equipment selection and engineering calculations.
• Support project execution teams with technical documentation.
• Participate in project estimation and costing activities.
• Follow up consultant comments and technical approvals.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience in Technical Office, HVAC, or Industrial Projects.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience (Plus)

Candidates with exposure to one or more of the following fields will be highly preferred:
