We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Civil Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the roads and highways construction sector to join our team for projects across Africa.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in road and highway construction projects.
- Strong experience in project execution, site management, quality control, and contract administration.
- Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Willingness and readiness to work in African countries and travel as required.
