  • Strong experience in preparing and reviewing quotations, with the ability to compare, analyze, and select suitable offers from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills for cost estimation, quantity take-off, and evaluation of architectural and related engineering documentation, drawings, specs, BOQ & contract documents.
  • Effective communication skills for coordinating with clients, consultants, internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors throughout the tendering process.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, including sourcing, evaluating suppliers, and collaborating with procurement teams to secure competitive and compliant bids.
  • Coordinate with technical office project tender efforts. 
  • Communicate with team any tender issues. 
  • Submit tender clarifications to estimation / tech. Manager.
