Aqua Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple countries and business functions. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in attracting top talent, strengthening employer branding, and driving recruitment excellence to support the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Lead recruitment activities across multiple regions and countries, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, networking, and headhunting techniques. Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance on selection decisions. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire. Strengthen the company's employer brand and candidate experience. Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and local labor regulations. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and external talent partners. Support talent mapping, succession planning, and strategic workforce initiatives. Participate in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives related to talent acquisition. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in regional or global recruitment. Proven experience recruiting across multiple functions and countries. Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing practices. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Preferred Qualifications Professional HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent) are an advantage. Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, aquaculture, or FMCG industries is preferred. Experience in employer branding and talent mapping initiatives.
