Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Training Consultant role based in 10th of Ramadan. The Training Consultant will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance team performance, conducting needs assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. Additionally, the role involves consulting on best practices for customer service and ensuring smooth communication between support teams and clients to optimize service quality.
Qualifications
Expertise in Training, Training & Development, and developing skills within professional environments Experience in Consulting and providing actionable insights to improve performance Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster effective client and team interactions Ability to design and adapt training content to suit various learning needs and goals Proficiency in evaluating training outcomes and implementing improvements Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field Proven experience in a call center or customer support environment is an advantage Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-focused setting
