Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and visual assets for live streaming, social media campaigns, in-app experiences, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include conceptualizing and animating visual stories, designing graphics and layouts, and producing video content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with marketing, product, and content teams to translate creative briefs into compelling visual content optimized for various platforms. The Motion Graphic Designer will also refine and adapt existing assets, maintain organized project files, and stay up to date with design trends and motion design techniques relevant to global and regional markets.
Qualifications
Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with a portfolio showcasing dynamic, engaging visual work. Experience in visual and communication design, including Graphic Design and Graphics, with a solid understanding of layout, color, and typography. Hands-on experience with Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for different platforms and formats. Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar motion and design software. Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail, storytelling skills, and an understanding of visual design for digital and social platforms. Bachelor’s degree in Design, Media, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience in social media, gaming, entertainment, or live streaming industries is an advantage. Comfort working in a multicultural team and communicating effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
