Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Manager role based in Alexandria, Egypt (Fouad Street). The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, following up on deliverables, managing timelines, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. The role also involves conducting meetings, handling client feedback professionally, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that marketing activities align with client objectives and expectations. The Account Manager will work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to ensure successful execution of campaigns and projects. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in Account Management. Previous agency experience is required. Strong client communication and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities. Experience coordinating with creative and marketing teams. Ability to handle client feedback professionally and proactively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Work Details Location: Fouad Street, Alexandria. Working Days: 6 days per week.
